ReaganReagan is the boss and founder of Symphony Construction. He is very meticulous and is not happy until the job or renovation is completed perfectly. He is product of a proud farming family; this is reflected in his work ethic and finished job outcomes. He is a fantastic teacher, and our apprentices benefit from his leadership as they start their own building careers. Reagan has been in the industry since he left school, he started an apprenticeship with the local builder in Thames. He owes his love of carpentry to not only to the Thames-based builder, but to his high school woodwork teacher, Mr Davies too. He still keeps in touch with them both. Now he is the face and driving force of Symphony Construction. He is the first person the clients will meet, the face they will see throughout the build, and the name they will remember when everything is handed over.

Our team
LoganLogan's been with Symphony since 2021. He became a builder because he loved woodwork class at school and decided to start a career in the building trade. He loves turning a patch of dirt into a finished home. His favourite thing about working with Symphony is the camaraderie within the small crew. If he's not on the building site, you'll probably find him fishing on the beach or a boat.
NateNate has been in the carpentry trade for approximately 5 years now and has enjoyed every bit of it. He first become interested in the trade after a bit of casual labour for a previous business he worked for and immediately fell in love with the job. Here at Symphony, he is currently on his 3rd year as an apprentice and has taken every challenge head on – he cannot wait to get stuck into the 4th year! As much as he enjoys building and renovations, he also enjoys spending time playing the odd video game, exploring hidden gems around Aotearoa and spending time with the lads.
JakeJake is originally from the Northland area and grew up in the dairy farming industry. He made the decision to leave school at the age of 15 and went on to study at G&H Training completing his carpentry theory assessments. In 2019, he decided he wanted to move down to the Waikato to pursue his building career further by doing some labour work for a company in Matamata for 6 months. After an injury, he moved into the motorcycle scene working for Pirelli distributing motorcycle gear and tyres for 2 years. Jake has recently started up with Symphony Construction as an apprentice and is loving every aspect of the job. His hobbies include fishing, gaming, socialising, motorcross, and assisting his father-in-law in his workshop working on classic cars.
